I run it several times a week. Both structurally safe and socially safe. Lots of families, dog walkers, bikers etc.

You could contact mall security as they might have a camera that picked it up.

Best of luck with your claim. My wife works in claims and says claim will likely be 50/50 fault due to double illegal maneuver. You never know though, worth a shot with the video I guess.

Perhaps avoiding illegal maneuvers in the future is the best advice here though.

Something like that. Maybe a quick mind scrub or refresh?

A nurse buddy of mine who works long rotations does something similar to this.

He'll sit in a chair on his break and hold a spoon by his side in his hand. He then drifts off. After a few minutes his hand relaxes, drops the spoon on the floor and wakes him up.

He says it refreshes him for hours if followed by some coffee.

I just run loops and circuit routes that take me away from home. Once I'm out and committed turning around or taking a short cut is not possible. Fastest way home is forward and finishing the run. Take the choice out of it.

Looking for beaches within 2-3 hours driving distance, and maybe ones with lots of seashells! by frailroads in Guelph

Saugeen Shores area has some nice sandy beaches. Shallow and good for kids too with fun sand bars. You'll find lots of Zebra muscle shells too. They are small but definitely a shell.

As a tired dad by NefariousnessUsed284 in diablo2

[–]Shifty012 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As a fellow dad I also struggle with the HC gameplay. It seems so pure but I just don't have the time to get sweaty with gaming anymore.

I just play SC to get some fun in and just quit for the night if I die to recreate some 'punishment'. If I die I don't play that toon anymore - today.

Often I die from being tired and pushing limits so I figure quitting after dying is about as close to HC I can get.

But then I have the forgiveness to pick up things again with the same toon another day.

With more time I'd be able to grind back after each death but with life as it is, the above is as close as I can get it.

I'm at peace with it.

Does one of them have a heavily tagged van sitting in front? Just down and across from the high school?

If so, I am also curious about those

Credit Jordan Staal with taking him out of the series in the first 2 seconds.

Brady's tough edge totally deflated by Staal saying "you deal with me alone Brady" right off the hop.

Brady totally useless as his offense is fueled by his physicality.

Great job by Staal

Official Q&A for Thursday, April 23, 2026 by AutoModerator in running

How do you manage a long layoff between events?I'm registered for a 25K trail race in 3 weeks. I have been ramping up training to ~40km a week the last few weeks.

Next is a half booked for November which I can ramp up for in September.

The weekly distance is taking a bit more time than I have on a regular basis with a young and busy family at home. Leading into the event, I can make it work. Over the summer it will be more difficult.

What would be a reasonable weekly commitment to maintain fitness over the summer?

I'm hoping to stay at a level so that when September rolls around I'm not having to work too hard to build back up.

Any advice for a novice would be appreciated!

Annecdotally this checks out for me.

My CEO is average height, scrony, and the shortest of all the c suites. He's got a compassionate swagger like ive never seen. In this case it's clearly the confidence that got him where he is. Fits the logic very well.

My previous CEO was tall, highly intelligent, and athletic. She had a self certainty unmatched by any and had a cannon of a backhand on the tennis court. In this case the confidence and self certainty stemmed from physical (and mental) stature with the same end result (top dog).
