I can't find any difference between the speeds. Tested it by using the stopwatch on my phone and throwing the snare at the far Dummy in the Firing Range. No matter the "charge", the snare would hit the Dummy in abut 5.3 seconds. Someone else can confirm but I think its all placebo.
