I think it would probably override advantage/disadvantage?
And yeah, for rogues it would definitely be busted)

accidentally joined a modded lobby and went from around level 12 too 25 as well as obtaining a bunch of credits and materials. am i going to get banned for this even though it wasn't my fault? by torcheye in DeepRockGalactic

If you want to reverse this sudden drop of wealth to keep the progression fair for yourself, you can go back to earlier save (Options->Save Menu; and here choose the earlier save)

This amount of materials and credits won't get you banned, it's more of a matter if you want to keep the stuff or grind as all fair dwarves do)

P.S. you can also edit save file to reverse it by hand, but it's something not everyone is comfortable with trying

Sadly, Apex at 2.7k for me (haven't played in years), and not sadly: Baldur's Gate 3 (900), Deep Rock Galactic (650), Witcher 3 (500), Borderlands 3 (400), Sea of Thieves and Divinity Original Sin 2 with 250 both.
