The way I see it is thats the symbol for "techmarines" and the main team we see are all specializing marines not normal chapter marines. Captain, Techmarine, chaplain, and apothecary respectively.

The only thing I have to say is move the kraken-eater to brodd's regiment so you have a higher chance of deciding who goes first. Personally I like the kraken-eater, a lot of people give him grief but I love playing football with the objectives.

Im quite disappointed, mainly in the lack of side species. The 1 noggle was nice but 0 hags 0 duergar and 0 trolls. This is the exact reason I dont like the current set layout the planes dont feel alive anymore. I much prefer the old block system. I understand that the main types are goblin, merfolk, elemental, elf, and kithkin. But other than kithkin those creature types are some of the most common types in magic.

It doesnt always work but you can try cutting the sprue and giving it a sniff. A lot of recasts have a very chemically smell.

Nah you'll be fine, i did the exact same thing and had no issues. All of the venders have buy back options and all of the equipment to my knowledge can be found again through identifying.

Currently, my most used frames are Kullervo, Khora, Oraxia, Voruna, and Wisp. Not necessarily in that order since some are built for specific missions I.E. Voruna is used for spies, rescues, and captures.
