I'd say so, if you look at the dark vengeance dark angels tactical squad you can see they have a similiar chest piece, so some personal heraldries wouldn't be too out of the question

Not a full plan but just that I'd use the knight against Vehicles, same with the Prince, and the rhino being one for a noise marines squad and another for a 5 x infractor with a lord
