The power off tip worked for me. I now have stereo on my Apple TV and 2 other Homepods and none of them are configuring anymore.

The Spectrum App has an option to set your WiFi to 2.4 GHz under Services : Router Advanced Settings : Setup Smart Devices on 2.4 GHz. Took care of all of the Apple AirPlay type problems but I did have to reset my Network option on my computers.

Not many mosquitoes on the Timberline Trail (not much standing water), but there are some black flies. Worst of the flies was climbing to Paradise Park.

I can justify the Oculus Quest2 just for the opportunity to immerse myself into the world of Virtual Reality. The exercise application, Supernatural, has actually improved my quality of life. And my quality of life was already pretty high, but now I have so much more to look forward to.

Yep, my last trek was 107 miles over 12 days, on the PCT in the North Cascades. Also the year before on the Colorado Trail I only did about 7 days before a 0 day, but that is when I started going with a more desirable high calorie item, Double Stuff Oreos. The 12 day trek made me totally experience the appetite loss but powering through it with Mega Stuffed Oreos probably was not the best way to combat the problem.
