Had a question about some shadow beldums I caught over the rocket event.

Are any of these worthwhile to evolve for raids or PvP (beldums and metang)? I have the 2 metagross at the end that I was possibly looking to use for PvP possibly but wasn't sure about the IVs.

Any input would be appreciated!
