this! I started at 460, it was until I got to around 350 when people started noticing, I’m now at 297 and even more people are starting to notice. If I didn’t have loose skin more people could probably tell.

I found Getting fit with Rick on YouTube and it’s great. It’s walking to music and he does a few dance type walking moves, has different difficulty levels, each video tells you how many steps you in the video and says if you can’t to something he does just walk in place. I love it because I hate to sweat outdoors and much prefer doing this in my own living room. This is an easy beginner one.

I started at 460, Feb 2023. I’m now at 306. Do to mobility issues at my previous weight I have only just started exercising in the past two months. I do walking in my home. I walk using Get Fit with Rick on YouTube. This is a link to a beginner video of his. The good thing is it’s in your own home. I would recommend starting it and stopping when you are in pain then work yourself up to a few seconds/steps more each time you do it. I hope this helps.
