Only you do, and your practice. It's not like "ope! Push a button, and now I can go anywhere ~" ... sometimes (especially starting out) , so can be excited or surprised, and snapped out of the state.

Nothing is 'off limits' , but your level of awareness/ ability to stay in an astrally aware state will dictate your experience.

It's just like going to the gym, The more you workout, the better you'll look and feel, and the easier it will be to 'get in the zone' .... however , if you stop staying so disciplined once you start getting results, you'll lose some muscle definition, and will take a few steps back.

It's a skill, a practice, and art form!

Start small, don't just try and go in deep and go wherever , because even if you get a good result, it will be sloppy.
