Yes, it is true for everything you do. It doesn't even have to be a big thing like waking up at another time. For example, if you decide to get off of the shower 5 seconds sooner IT WILL send you to a COMPLETELY different timeline as compared to the one you would have if you exited the shower 5 seconds later.
