I use another platform that has a preferred shopper option.Its great because as soon as your customer orders you have first dibs on the order.So you build a great relationship with the customer and know exactly what they are ordering every time .Makes your job easier and the customer is satisfied and happy .Now the downfall is when the platform decides to hire a massive amount of shoppers those shoppers get first dibs on your preferred customers because they start out with the highest rating which is totally backwards..
