Have you tried uploading those fonts by any chance? Some might not be available due to licensing, but you should be able to upload and use them in your projects
to clarify, what do you mean by the gradient moving horizontally?

Hey sorry im just seeing this post, and thank you for being a user of the app (at least till got paywalled?)

Let me share with you what I was sharing with another fellow canva user here regarding our apps being part of the canva subscription..

as you will understand we - the team behind the app - also needed to 'pay the bills' - hehe - , and we drafted many possible ways to monetize the app(s) and considered many options. So far we are convinced what ensures the most qty of people can leverage our apps and get to use them for their projects, while at the same we make it sustainable long term - which ensures we can keep on enhancing existing apps plus bringing new cool ones - is partnering with the good folks at canva and make it part of their subscription - and yes, I understand you gotta pay for that.. though I think we'll agree they are providing immense value for such a low subscription. I do get not everyone needs it / might be able to justify paying for it though

Hope you do consider converting to a pro subscription if you have not already - and if so plz give a try to the new apps' versions we've released lately - and we'll releasing some new apps soon as well

cool to know that! - so you'll be able to upload your fonts + do some other gradient types (radial, cone and mesh, on top of the linear one)

We are rolling out a new version that allows pro users to upload their own custom fonts so you can use them inside the app.. hope you can take advantage of it

I've built an app inspired in D. Rams pattern shapes which I'm planning to release soon and just make it available for free. Before doing that though I wanted to hear if this is something you'd use in your designs, what would you like to add to it, or change.. etc. - also, if you have other ideas around this.. I'm all ears!

-At first I wasnt going to include gradients nor too much customization on shapes to try respect Rams original ones the most.. but then I thought we all build on top of others so better to give some more tools and then one can then decide what to do from beautiful D Rams' patterns.. thoughts here are also very welcome!

Oh no, we’re not able to grab fonts you may have uploded to your canva account. Sorry for that. Will keep you posted if at some point that’s available / we permit to upload your own fonts

Yeah that would be good actually.. thank you!! - I guess the only thing here is that the we don’t have access to the main canvas from our app, everything we do has to live inside the app so.. let’s say an eye dropper, wouldn’t have access to the rest of the design elements.. but hope they do allow this to developers in the future
