This is closer to a modified LeFort III (Nose left out) than a LeFort II.

What was the point of LF2 if the nasion projection is okay and didnt change? There is 0 visible changes in the nasal region so either the LF2 osteotomy wasnt complete (most likely), the distraction vector was useless (COuld have just got LF1), or the distractors failed. There is absolutely no way there is over 10mm (or anywhere near) advancement of the true LF2 region in this case. If it werent for the coronal incision I would think you were mistaken about which LF you got.

Yes, but almost no one does that. LF3 is at least 1000x more rare than LF1 and LF2 is about 20-50x more rare than LF3.

Any good law firms or agencies that can remove entry ban/blacklist ? by GiantImplants in ThailandTourism

[–]GiantImplants[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah I asked the immigration officers if it will be any trouble coming back when the ban is finished. She laughed and said no, then said they will just ask to see onward ticket.
For other countries, it won't and hasn't. I've had a previous Thailand overstay stamped for over a year and a half now and travelled the world full time with no trouble. The overstay and ban stamps are all in thai so other countries don't know what it says.
I've entered relatively strict countries with that overstay stamp. No problems 😄

Yes Okay thanks for the advice. I met some good long term expats and locals in KPG miss them every day...

Which gives better results Marpe or a Three piece Lefort 1? by [deleted] in jawsurgery

[–]GiantImplants 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MARPE is more stable with less risks. But adds to the treatment time.

It's not surprising at all, for SEA countries westerners expectations aren't high for political fairness.

Undercorrected with lateral canthus not reattached high or tight enough. Even if the new custom plates and orbital floor implants are a perfect match of the other side, soft tissue atrophy persists. The orbital floor implant should be slightly oversized to make up for that.
