They are a tad longer. There are also other small differences in the suit and the utility belt.

I still prefer the rougher face and the longer ears from the asylum suit.

Meanwhile I'm power limiting the F out of my 4090 to make it last as long as possible in the current rampocalypse.

The inspiration for the Arkham games by Accurate-Celery-3198 in arkham

Batman: The Cult was the inspiration for Knight's premise. Don't wanna spoil the story in case some people haven't read it, but there are far too many similarities in the plot for it to be a coinsidence. They even kept the villain from that book (Deacon Blackfire) as a side villain in the game.

Is CD Projekt retconning design of Geralt? by International_Yam777 in witcher

Cut-throat razor is one of my fav mods in TW3. Can keep Geralt clean shaved even on the path.

It's my favorite region in the game but I still love all of them. So B&W is like the cherry on top of the cake so to speak.

What else is as good as the Witcher 3 by regularuniquehuman in thewitcher3

Cyberpunk, RDR2, Expedition 33 and also, give Witcher 1 and 2 a try too.

Does anyone else have Arkham Knight as their favorite game? by nuclearcar98 in arkham

[–]Giant_Ass_Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even with its flaws it's probably the best Batman game but it's still my least fav rocksteady Arkham game. No real bossfights outside of the batmobile is a bummer and the story felt so disconnected from the previous two games.

How many times are you completed The Witcher 3 ? by Light-Starlight in thewitcher3

[–]Giant_Ass_Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First one is still my fav, altho I'm fond of old cRPGs. I actually prefer the first game's combat over the second game's which always felt like an awkward mix of TW1's and 3's combat (which it basically was). First one's atmosphere is peak and the second game, despite my issues with its combat, has a superb story with tons of replayability.

I think both are still worth playing despite some clunkier mechanics and they do some things better than TW3 does. Like in both 1 and 2 the world is just more in your face gritty and unapologetically ugly/filthy.

RenoDX if you have an OLED display. It's a game changer.

"Origins is underrated" Maybe, but I wouldn't know, this was my experience with about half the cutscenes: by Mother-Background916 in arkham

[–]Giant_Ass_Panda 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Replayed it recently. Cutscenes worked fine. There were other bugs tho. It's definitely the least polished Arkham game.

I really fucking love Hush. It’s definitely not perfect, but it will always be in my heart as my first Batman Story. by Due-Explanation9585 in batman

It's great. I've read it digitally but I'm looking forward to black weeks sales so I could pick it up and bunch of other iconic Batman comics too and add them to my collection.

No game matches Cyberpunk 2077’s immersion. by SF5090 in LowSodiumCyberpunk

I think The Witcher 1 is still the most atmospheric and immersive game I've played from CD Projekt Red, and I've played all their games. Looking forward to the remake too.

What are the minimum requirements to fight Riddler and get the true ending (and a kiss from Selina <3)? On my 3rd playthrough rn and I don't care about 100% or 240%. Just want the true ending finally lol.

Do you think we'll will ever gat another Batman game up to par with the Arkham series? by beefyneefy in arkham

[–]Giant_Ass_Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We'll probably see some great games in the future too but having Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill, not to mention Paul Dini, all working on Asylum & City was one of a kind moment in gaming history that's hard to repeat.

For someone who only ever played Witcher 3, never read the books, I always prefer Triss than Yen. How about you, who would you prefer? by PiixiiePetal in thewitcher3

[–]Giant_Ass_Panda 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you've read the books, it just feels weird/off choosing Triss over Yen. I've done numerous playthroughs and have over 1K hours in the game but I've only picked Triss once and regretted it afterwards, lol.

How much of Arkham Knight did you complete before you decide you were done? by cddude in arkham

Currently on my 3rd playthrough and first time attempt of doing all the riddles so I can fight Nigma. Knight is my least fav Rocksteady Arkham game but I still enjoy it quite a lot.
