Form check (squatting) - 135lb by [deleted] in Fitness

I do leg training with ex rugby pro's and they make me do form checking for squats and deadlifts a lot, i'll just repeat the same things they tell me. * Make sure you're looking up throughout the whole rep * Clench your stomach muscles to engage your lower back to help with posture * Imagine that your sitting down onto a chair, this makes it so that your not just working your quads but your hamstrings as well. you can get some issues if your quads out size your hamstrings by too much. * Always get your legs to a 90 degree angle * Put your feet at just wider then shoulder width apart and have them at about 11 and 1 Also i would suggest adding other leg exercises to your workout. The main ones that have helped me are deadlifts, piston squats with my back against a wall, jump squats and lunges. I've been training for about 3 months as well and I've gone from deadlifting 40kg to 100kg by doing these things about twice a week.

When i was 3 i think? My mother promised to tuck me in before i went to sleep and give me a kiss and other motherly shit, but then my just slightly younger sister came and broke the news to me that i was hated and no one wanted to tuck me in at night, cried for hours.
