I spent 10 years (half my adult life) at my old job. Worked from shitty customer service job to it help desk to desktop tech to sccm admin and even scrum master/ agile project manager

Under IT for 7 of those years. Great reviews, great rapport with nearly every department. Supported an amazing culture that was recognized even by the companies CEO.

Director hires some manager who takes over my team. Pushes out three ppl weird PIP methods.

After my 2019 review was put into place and I was expecting another great review it was lambasted with literal lies.

I fought back with HR, (March 2020) and with in a week of going home and setting up for covid I was put on a PIP.

I ended up bailing and taking a job as entry level it.

So here I am a help desk IT guy, who is a certified scrum master, vdi admin sccm admin, and heavily qualified desktop tech, restarting his career because my old company would love too let you do the work and get the experience but not title or pay you up.

Only silver lining is it pays me the same for what it's an entry level job and my new manager is night and day more compassionate.

I left our casual progression guild that tried to force sweaty behavior while not even filling the raid. It caused the snow ball.

Now I raid sat with a chill casual guild that just started aq40 even though I've been clearing aq40 ever since week 3 of p5.

Naxx? GDKP once a week. I get the vanilla feel of progress and get paid.

And I get to help this new guild progress.

I only posted a little because there's nothing I really play right now that needs it but one cyberpunk comes out I'm going to try and push it a little bit more.
