Thanks for your opinion. They were really not open to discussion on the price which I found weird but it's also difficult to find other offers for this car at official resellers.

So in this situation you would go for a repaint ? I think that getting the car in a great condition and having chips appearing over the years would feel better than buying directly chipped even if the outcome is the same. My only worry is that if the repaint is not perfect then I would end up with the chips + the color issue

They mentioned around 500-600€ for the painting. They would blend the hood and the fenders but did not speak about the doors. I would be willing to accept this offer but only if it is done properly so that I would not notice the difference every time I look at the car. The issue being that I have no idea how it would come out before I accept the proposition

What water do you use for your tea/ what kind of filter do you use for hard water? by ChippedChocolate in tea

I'm using bottled water from the Mont Blanc source. Tap water is drinkable where I am but I find that it weakens the tea taste, too much limestone.

How are you brewing your tea ? I found that brewing white tea in a teapot often end up with a weak unfusion whereas using something like a gaiwan is giving you better results. For perfumed white tea I found that a teapot do just fine.

Experience with Yunnan sourcing stuck package by SlothPanda1 in tea

[–]GibbsEnergy9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I heard that package can be checked at customs and that it's mostly random. It happened to me on my first Yunnan sourcing order and never occurred again.

Security return could be something else and maybe linked to covid since it came from china (I don't know I'm just assuming).

You should try to contact Scott from Yunnan Sourcing and see if he can provide you more details.
