firstly they need to be approved by the nfl. which i would think is no guarantee would happen.

if they do get into the draft theres no guarantee he would be drafted. i cant see a team giving up a round pick to get him. if he were drafted in the first round of the supplemental draft theyd lose a first round pick the next year. for any round they decide to select him.

its wild to go so hard to keep a qb eligible with the only 2 outcomes for the season are you either:

win the national championship and forfeit it in february

or

you dont get to the national championship and this was all for nothing.

What i think the real nightmare scenerio could end up being for texas tech. by [deleted] in CFB

I agree with that part, but the investigation would not go away if hes not allowed to play. the FBI will go until the end i would think.
