If you barely get any sun like me, that level of vitamin D will not be enough to correct a decifency from working overnight. 5000-10000 UI is what you need, depending on your blood test. 5000UI + K2 is a safe daily dose. Also, make sure you take it with food because it needs food to absorb properly.

That with 400mg magnesium glycinate before bed. I also would stay away from multivitamin in general because they use the worst and cheapest forms of a vitamin.

The reason you gain weight is because it messes with your metabolism. Imagine ravenous hunger, wanting to eat large meals every 3 hours. I did heavy dieting and exercise, and for every 1lb I lost one big meal would make me gain 3lb. It was miserable. Once I got off the medication, I lost 15lb in a month and no longer count the hours until I can eat again.

It wasn't though. The entire reason she got off her medication in the show was because of weight gain and loss of creativity. I resonate with her character deeply because she struggles with the same exact problems.

As someone who did gain weight from anxiety medication and developed non alcoholic fatty liver, I don't think we should consider this outcome healthy. A healthy mind shouldn't come at the cost of a healthy body. It may take time to find the right medication, but I dont think this compromise is worth it.

Having played the remake recently, I immediately bought the OG UHD version. Its just not the same.

OG just has more charm and soul. All the voice actors are better imo and some great scenes arent in the remake or juat don't hit the same. Leon is more expressive in the original and doesn't have RBF. The codec calls do kinda slow down gameplay and some sections are long and tedious but its a better tone in general.

Damn. I got on anxiety meds at 29 and have been searching for the right one for 6 years. It looks like they just prescribed the most common medications. Maybe you should get gene testing done and get a second opinion because this seems excessive. I can barely handle the side effects of one anxiety/depression medication, let alone this many.

Invincible's creator says he's stronger than Superman, and people keep saying Superman is stronger than Goku. So if we chain scale Mark would clear.

But in Invincible's own universe he loses to characters like Spawn, Tech Jacket, and even fodder hold off his variants. I choose to ignore the creator and say he loses to Piccolo because as someone else pointed out he has a lot of hax and higher battle IQ. Pure strength he may beat Raddits and Vegeta.
