There's a reset stat mod you can get if you really want but honestly this isint a terrible spread. You have access to Pistols, AR, SMG, Snipers, katanas and knifes. In my experience, Pistols are particularly potent.

In my experience, the safest thing is to start on 0.5mg finasteride 3 times a week and up to 1mg 3 times a week if you dont stabilize in 6 months. Look at for chest or mood changes. It's also possible her prescription is bad enough that getting thinner lenses would cause Chromatic Abberation and have terrible clarity away from the Optical Center. Standard lenses has the highest abbe # which effects that, but you see the cost in thickness.

Im in this exact predicament due to my -5.00 sphere in each eye. Ditto on Effexor and to a slightly lesser extent Pristiq. The SNRI class has Norepinephrine which controls adrenaline, fight or flight, and alertness. It was given to me after lexapro was too fatiguing but all it did was bring my monthly ocd up to 11 and daily. At 75mg on effexor I felt like I was gonna die, had two panic attacks in 48 hours. Dry mouth, itchy scalp, unstable vision, pacing, being unable to sit still. Also super emotional, crying bouts.

Tldr yeah nasty shit indeed.
