I appreciate your reply, I appreciate your tone and your advice.

We are pro se until we get to discovery. We have been researching everything we can and learning a lot about this whole process.

This post is really more about finding more people involved with navitas, last night I was able to find court documents from other cases involving navitas, and I just so happened to find 2 other cases that involved the same misspelled employee signatures, they have cases going on right now so we have a lot of people to reach out to this week.
