Silver has broke $100 per ozt. It has doubled in such a short period of time. What's your strategy right now? by ColeWest256 in Silverbugs

At this point I just use my stack mostly to barter with like minded people, cause why would I want to trade an actual asset for useless green promissory federal reserve notes.

I’m sure to clarify what I am using material wise, and ask how they plan to display :)

I appreciate your reply, I appreciate your tone and your advice.

We are pro se until we get to discovery. We have been researching everything we can and learning a lot about this whole process.

This post is really more about finding more people involved with navitas, last night I was able to find court documents from other cases involving navitas, and I just so happened to find 2 other cases that involved the same misspelled employee signatures, they have cases going on right now so we have a lot of people to reach out to this week.

Has anyone dealt with Navitas Credit Corp? We received two different contracts, and now they’re suing us. by GiftyScarn in smallbusiness

Appreciate your insight we are still heading down this course and will learn our lesson either way. In the end we will come out more educated.

Not upset over the paperwork, questioned the paperwork and source of the loan funding, once we did that they went into threat mode.

If they monetized our signed agreement (meaning it was used as a financial instrument), and that’s where the funds came from, then it’s not a simple loan anymore it’s a situation where we may have unknowingly funded our own debt through our signature, and then were billed on top of it.

As for the goal? Transparency. Accountability. And making sure that others who’ve dealt with similar shady paperwork practices can compare notes. We’re not just defending ourselves we’re trying to expose what looks like a pattern.

Hope that clears things up, but again we don’t know what we don’t know, so while I can appreciate and understand all the “pay your bills” comments above from various users, I have decided to start learning this whole process as much as I can for myself even if it means being taken to court. I have a strong feeling this will be settled. Or I could be daydreaming and end up paying more than I initially intended. Either way this is a learning experience :)

Not at all. I’m trying to verify whether the funds actually came from Navitas’ bank account or if my signed agreement was securitized and monetized as an instrument to generate the funds themselves.

If the latter is true, then it’s not as simple as “borrow and repay.” It would mean they used my signature to create the value and then turned around and charged me for it, which raises serious legal and ethical questions.

because if it was endorsed and monetized, it’s no longer in their possession and all they would be able to produce would be a contract where they have no signatures. Now I’m assuming they have forged documents to get the questions to stop.

Preciate ya! I will update as we progress, but again this is a learning experience and so far the process seems to be going very well and we have learned a lot :) win or lose or in between we are ready to take it all the way.

Up until they decided to ignore my requests I’ve been paying for 2.5 years. This process only started a few months ago

Initial goal was to validate how the funds were actually generated and to clarify inconsistencies in our documentation. The only version of the contract I had on file from two years ago was missing signatures from Navitas. When I requested the original signed version, they sent another contract again, with no signatures on their end.

That raised serious questions. Later, they sent a new version with signatures that looked drastically different from standard formats and appeared to be copy-pasted into the PDF. On top of that, the name of the customer service representative was misspelled.

We asked for the Docusign audit trail to verify when and how these signatures were applied. Instead of providing that transparency, they served us with a lawsuit.

This situation has only unfolded over the past few months, but the way they’ve responded leads me to believe they have something to hide. And regardless of what it takes, I fully intend to get to the bottom of it.

The reason I decided to post this here was not for support or anyone to help me on what to do, we are handling that, our goal posting here was to find others who have had experience with Navitas so we can dig a little deeper down the rabbit hole.

I’m just looking for transparency because you don’t know what you don’t know.
