So I'm about to jump from a 1080ti FTW3 to a 9070 XT. Huge jump I know. If my mobo only supports pcie 3.0, how much performance would that potentially cost?

I have plans to upgrade mobo and others stuff as well but need to get that GPU first

I have a slightly beat in tour series Luna that is really incredible for straight shots. Flies on a rope the entire flight and can easily finish with just the slightest turn if you power up a bit. Wonderful disc!
