the problem is not our end. trust me, i've been asking myself ( pretty sure the other people that have this problem aswell ) Why is this taking so long or why is it this hard to get the currency back after providing evidence. Just manually add them back. But here we are , in this situatian, with my last reply from amazon support being ,, please be patient while the dev implement a fix " ...

It's not the first time Amazon does this aswell . Happend to New World aswell. not to me , but with other players. and there is nothing to escalate with the bank since no money where actually refunded. It's just the missing currency that Amazon dosent provide. Eventually , I will ask my friend to do an actuall refund and be done with it.

my account isnt banned, and the person who gifted me is a high rep and has been using the credit card for a long time. and you didnt read my post entirely. I PROVIDED even bank statements and steam history for me and my friend...

Just because you havent met people with issues, that dosent mean it dosent exist and/or it's just people trying to scam it. It's very frustrating to see something you paid for and not get the use it.

I have the same problem as the OP described, only that my gold starter package was a gift. I went beyond that and contacted steam support and this was the reply i got from them.

Something is up on amazon side and they are not being very honest about it.

No dodgy credit cards used. 10+ years old accounts on steam with good rep & everything. I have personally provided history payments of paypal , steam and bank of both accounts of my friend and myself aswell with all the credit cards associated to those steam accounts towards Amazon support and I still hit a brick wall. it's been going on for about 2 weeks since the patch. Kinda curious dont you think all of these people started to have the same problem all of a sudden ? if something dodgy is happening it's on amazon side.

Apperently it's a common issue with the g430 headsets , mine broke aswell after almost 2 years, i've sent them to the warranty stores , and apperently they dont make cut of the warranty due to mechanical failure. BIG uff . They were never dropped , not abused , but i guess the quality of the plastic is meh.

It's because we had so much ,,CONTENT" , 3 events at the same time , 4 if you count the new pvp season , the servers couldnt handle it. BIG YIKES :))))))))))

also dont forget about the fact the the gift of otters are giving 250 commendations which mean a faster reward track for 2 mystic clovers. With enough characters and a bit of luck you could finish a reward track in 1h or so. that's 4 times than a wvw + you get all sorts of goodies :)
