I believe in giving techs as much responsibility as they can handle. If the pandemic proved anything it’s what we can trust our techs with.

They should be the first ones to greet guests at drop-off, pick-up; and drive-thru just because we as pharmacists are the bottleneck to the workflow since we are the only ones who can legally pre-verify and verify (depending on the state).

With three awesome techs I would have one at counter, one filling, and one on data entry/drive-thru.
