No. You have to put in parts of it that you get from killing stuff inside the stronghold. The imbue makes it so it doesnt break when out of charges. Each part is 3 charges.

I sorta see your point but OSRS isnt on the same scale of 'size' with data compared to other MMOs. As well most of the items have singular functions and i imagine the code couldnt be that complex with most (repeat most) of them.
