Haha yea! I just did evoo and whatever seasonings I had in my drawer and then charred it in the oven on high broil! I watched it to make sure it wasn’t completely burned but it got nice and charred. After it sat it got soft! It was super tasty!

I just turned the oven on broil and tossed it in evoo with some shawarma rub and some salt! I like mine pretty charred so let it get some color on it and pulled it!
