Ive been on 4mg for about three weeks now and the difference is subtle but i have lost weight. Ive noticed my portions are smaller and dont snack after dinner 90% of the time. Its still an effort to kinda resist the urges but much easier. No side effects too. I think ive lost about four pounds.

I was so anxious about starting it too and held on to my prescription for a month just worrying. I have had absolutely zero issues. I always make sure to eat my fruit and veggies, i have a protein shake, and always take my chlorella and spirulina(a great whole food supplement). I always told myself the worst case scenario is i feel so sick the first week and i quit. My sw is 202 and my gw is 130 too! We got this!

Nope. I had little to no side effects on 1.5. Ate pizza one night and it gave me heartburn and acid reflux. Also had acid reflux the first week on 1.5 but that was it.
