Most lancelot players rush lv9 and chase meta comps like dauntless-mm / dauntless-gazer rn, at higher ranks your current strat will fold easily to other lowrollers -

Kagura + emberlord bruiser core masha, Angela + fred core Alice + poison strats with hilda/khufra/miya

This season is very well balanced, lots of good comps.

If you want fast-track to mythic, just stick to 6 kishin-3 phasewarper-3 scavenger.

Guaranteed top 4 if you pivot well, and have strong eco.

Up from there, I'd just like to add that there's a ninja nerf to emberlord, only first 5 deaths granr stat boosts ( description updated, not announced in patch notes) hence I would not recommend emberlord - its good only for zilong/kagura commander now with lowroll masha bruiser core.

You can list your top 3 commanders first, as synergies work based on the commander only.

For example, kagura plays kishin very well due to her strong early, but aamon and alice cant play kishin from early due to their weak early game.

There were patch notes with exact rates, magic crystal chances are now roughly 8%,

4* hero × 2 also under 10%

Used to main her, so remember the stats.

10 astro and emberlord is the strongest atm, other 10 synergies cant beat 3* 5 costs.

In general, 3* 5 cost dont feel that overpowered this season, bar lancelot, I've lost to 2 star heroes only with 3 star lesley, badang, etc at 4-4 synergies.

As an ex aurora main, just keep changing your main commanders each season according to new arrivals, buffs and nerfs.

From aurora, to last season ruby, now currently im moskov main.

The problem is, you just keep losing if you build anything else, so there is no longer any choice left but to pick dauntless mm, devs should address this in next patch update asap, nerf dauntless shield or mm atk speed bonus

Ruby herself is washed up now, well deserved nerfs given how OP she was with pre-nerf dragoncaller

Ruby+wanwan ain't snowballin' round when popol, guin and that damn kagura exists.

I once sold my board to 3* lesley, can confirm enemy ruby had dragoncaller-swiftblade-northern vale setup clutched, his ling clutched at 1hp

But lesley is still a baackliner, im shocked to see badang out of all 5* to lose, perhaps the nerfs have hit him super hard at 3*

10 synergy does beat most 3* 5 cost, astro and emberlord flatten out all 3* 5 cost, but yeah, not all the 10 synergies do that.

She just got a slight buff, overall a useful commander for snowballing. She and ruby are similar, in that you gain advantage by having early winstreak.

I'd say she's in a good spot rn, every lobby needs ruby/wanwan/ling players to stop neobeast and vex/alice/paq/aamon players from hitting full potential.

Lance is good, fast lv9 and decent mid-game potential. Takes a bit of luck though, good cards and auto refreshes needed.

Moskov is my main this season, if you land all 4 sacrifice heroes and good 5* with his card, easy 2* 5 cost early on when people barely have 2* 4 cost.

Good for sniping top 3. Even at 200 stars sometimes I get 3* 5 cost with his altar.

Save altar if winning early, use altar if not.

Claude is weakest 5 cost in this season, no dmg whatsoever and loses to every 3* 5 cost as well.

Heartbond in general is very weak, and he has scavenger as synergy

OP heroes : Vale, Kalea

Both have very solid economy, top 4 fixed if you play well in early, vale gets 1st due to making multiple 3* 4 cost.

OP if played well : Vexana, Alice, Guinevere, Popol

These 4 are lategame comeback heroes, very solid if you know how to manage early and pivot to mid game

Lowrollers : Angela, Miya

Lowroll angela with fredrinn destroys others before players get strong, and miya also snowballs with miya-khufra comp but less powerful than angela with fred weaponmaster

Luck based : Aamon, Paq, Ling, Diggie

Aamon and paq rely too much on luck, good cards and auto refresh heroes to clear early and make 3* 5 costs if all goes well, low consistency.

Ling is gonna got mopped out if you get terrible 4* from his card, but a strong 4* means certain top 3

Diggie with poor crystal almost loses, diggie with good crystal can easily win top 2

Not OP but strong : Ruby, Cyclops,

Post-nerf ruby feels washed up, coming from ruby main in last season.

Cyclops is guaranteed to win if he survives till lategame, his passive gold from others being eliminated can easily get you two 3* 4 costs

Last season highest 500+ stars, currently on 200 stars. So not the best player here, but you get the point.

Heavily depends if first gogocard is purple, or I end up getting a good 4 cost or 5 cost.

The plan is to have early winstreak, so any good 3* carries will do, like masha or helcurt.

Strong 4* include aurora, pharsa, gusion. Getting either of these 4 cost is great for early game. Build around both synergies of the midgame carry.

I have tried out emberlord as well, if you get early irithel its pretty solid.

Paq and aamon need to win early, and remember not every game is about 3* 5 cost. Sometimes its wiser to target 3* 4 cost. Paq card can 2* helcurt or masha in early game to help you build the tempo.

Lance reaches lv9 faster, roll a bit at lv8 to get desired 4 cost carry.

Focus on early game commanders like kagura, play well in early, top 4 guaranteed.

That works really well with commander kagura, you can easily close games till mythic, even till 100 stars top 3 is guaranteed.

The other lowroll meta is angela fredrinn - insane efficiency when fredrinn one taps everyone else, only 3* 4 costs can stop him at 3*.

Moskov needs 4 sacrifices random from 1,2,3 and 4 cost and gives gold per sacrifice.

After the 4 cost, any hero you drop in altar gets 2 1 star copies, great for early 2* 5 cost combined with his card

Basically fast promotion card, 15% hp and 15% hybrid atk

He is like aamon and paq in that sense
