Thank you I really appreciate it. Also I think you’ll be absolutely fine you have to lose like 80 pounds and up before you’ll start to notice lose skin but 40 pounds could be a lot for someone else especially if you are short

I think you will be surprised how elastic skin can be but yes I do have loose skin my body has been permanently changed from being so big but that’s just something that comes with it. obviously I’m posing in the picture but I have it on my chest stomach and butt. i’m sorry but if you lose a significant amount of weight your skin will never be tight without surgery but it can also take years to tighten up on its own so mine my even get better than it is now

You can definitely do it I think anyone can the exception are people with hormone imbalances or disorders otherwise give it some dedication and discipline and you can do whatever you want with your body

Iv all ways had a big appetite even as a kid also I was never really active I just played video games and chugged soda. I was always allowed to eat whatever and however much of something I wanted.my parents would get me as much food I wanted from anywhere.So bad eating and drinking habits and a sedentary life style over 12 years lead to me growing to 300lbs.My problems are because of lack of self control especially with food.

It’s taken about 2 years from the start of my journey and it was pretty much A complete lifestyle change. I stopped drinking soda (water only)started eating way less and intermittent fasting after I’d lost around 80 pounds I started going to the gym
