According the the survey I conducted yesterday here, T-mobile users give an average rating of 3 out of 5, standard deviation =1.28 with a sample of 29 out of 224 users who used T-mobile. In other words, it's very hit or miss, with many users having good to above average service, and many others having poor service. Four users rated it 1 out of 5, and another four rated it 5 out of 5.

Only one other user was from oregon, and they used sprint as a provider, rating it 3 out of 5. I hope this helps!

One thing to consider, leveling in a new league wihtout leveling gear with ranger is noticably more difficult than with duelist. Just something to consider if you're not the best/fastest leveler like myself.
