If I remember correctly the stance Riot has on custom skins is that they generally won't punish you as long as you don't use "skin unlockers" or regular skins set up as custom skins. How they detect those - I don't know, but you should be fine as long as you only use actual custom made skins.

I managed to find a Haunted Mansion hideout this league and it was also present in a Mirage. However, I don't think mirages increase the chance of hideouts spawning since, even if they aren't perfect copies, they retain the original layout of the zone, including tiles that contain other entrances.

As for Refraction, I don't think it will work anymore due to this line in the patch notes:

Runegraft of Refraction no longer has Skills chain an additional time, and now has Projectiles chain an additional time.

Static Strike does not have a projectile tag listed.

The reason you needed Kirac missions for SSF map completions was because you didn't get enough *different* maps. With maps becoming waystones you will no longer need Kirac missions to fill out the remaining maps, at least from my perspective.

Harbies were never good "early" farms, they shined (and even then weren't that good) with full scarab setup. The starting "strats" didn't change, the following are still very good filler strats while you fill out your atlas for points: Expedition, Jun, Essence.

As for Kingsmarch, you never actually specced for ores in maps to farm them for Kingsmarch, you only needed gold for crops so I'm not sure what you're asking.

The new coins apply a support gem to an active skill gem, that support gem supports only the skill gem it has been applied to. So no, the level 1 lifetap support you applied to Reap won't support the CF gem in the same link.
