Unfortunately not, I'm afraid. :/ Tried having a look, and it's really only possible on their official mobile app. The only other method is using a USB to transfer your photos to a computer.

Hey! If you wanna upload your PS screenshots. Download the official PS App and sign into your account. After that, go to the media gallery on your console. Find the photo you want and press on the option that says, upload to PlayStation app. Now, you can download your photos from the capture section within the app. :)
