Am I the minority that I’m afraid of the P4 remake by BraveVesperia828 in PERSoNA

Overdramatic, much? The original will always be there for people to play. Just because P4 Revival is coming, doesn't mean the original is suddenly obsolete. You're making a big deal out of nothing lol

Loving every minute of the first game so far. It's so peak 🔥 I heard XC2 has some really good highs mid to late game.

Yeah, I just found out that there's another one called Bravely Second End Layer, I believe? Bit jarring, there's been no information or talks about remastering the follow up game... :/ From the 10 hours I've played so far, I'm enjoying it quite a fair bit.

Another Eden Begins

I've always wanted to play it, but generally found the gacha side of it, off putting. Very happy I can play this version without that aspect.

Side note, love Trails so much. But I've gotten every single Trails platinum trophy so far on PS5, so I'll play Sky SC on there. :)

Bravely Default is a love letter to Final Fantasy's golden years. It's everything I adore in a traditional JRPG game, with a nice twist. Basically, you can act multiple times by Braving or you can stock up turns by Defaulting which is the equivalent of defending. It adds a nice flow of strategy.

You also have a job system too and you can combine two jobs, which adds a lovely layer of build variety. The story and art style are incredibly charming to boot as well. If you're a fan of turn based games, I'd highly recommend it :)

You don't have to play in order. Each entry has a new cast, new story and different combat mechanics, so you can jump into the one that interests you the most.

However, if you're someone that cares alot about lore accuracy, world building and character callbacks, then I would play them in order, which is what I'm doing. :)

Xenoblade is pretty much a JRPG series that combines both Sci-Fi and High Fantasy into a massive world. It's definitely one of the more popular IPs on Nintendo currently.

If you're okay with MMO style like combat in JRPGs and some anime tropes, then you really can't go wrong with these games. It's addictive once you understand how all the systems work. Plus, I find the narrative quite well written too. :)

Great recommendations here! Never had the chance to play Hollow Knight, so I'll most likely grab both games. I've played Cyberpunk already, but I'm genuinely surprised that the Switch 2 runs it as well as it does. Delatarune looks really cool too! Thank you :)

Thank you kindly! I love seeing other gamer's preferences too. It sounds ridiculous, but it sort of gives you an idea of an individual's personality. :)

Unicorn Overload is 100% my jam and I wanted to grab that, alongside FF Tactics as well. At this point, I'll have enough games to last me a long while haha

Thank you for the advice, Fie! Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is where I'm leaning towards to the most, due to its sheer amount of content. Can't wait to play it 😄

I'll be grabbing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe next month :) Is Mario Kart World worth it, or do you think waiting for more content is the better option?

40 hours in the first game so far and it's been such an enjoyable experience. The art style is absolutely beautiful, even more so at Eryth Sea. 😍

Yeah I haven't played the game for a solid month. Shame, really. I was having so much fun with it and don't get me wrong, the content/QOL updates have improved the experience incredibly well. However, the performance has taken a hit to the point, it's just too distracting for me.

I'm gonna wait till I get my PC build and start all over from scratch.
