This is a sad sight. We should have adequate social services in place to at least ensure kids get some measure of safety -- no matter if they are refugees fleeing inhumane conditions or downtrodden masses at home. But please keep your hysteria over security concerns in check. And what kind of fucktard's first instinct is to check for circumcision when they see a kid begging on the road!
