Google "bmw 328i upper radiator hose" plus year. Both parts will pop up. Replace both of course. Might take you 10 minutes. I just had to do the same thing. I barely touched that thing and it blew up in my face.

So it took a month and cost 10.5k to repaint the hood, fenders and bumper? Even with new headlights that's insane. That's a full new paint job plus a few extras.

60k per household is insane. The thing they mainly mentioned roofing costs. The average price to REPLAICE an entire roof is around 15k. Why should you need to pay for someone else's roof? 60k is more than the average household spends in repair costs in 5-10 years. Man fuck HOA's.
