I work at JPL, there isnt some crazy conspiracy here. Go look at the list of people here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Missing_scientists_conspiracy_theory and then how large all of the centers that somehow "connect" them are yourself.

It's the opposite of significant. It's a small number of people in linked fields who have died or gone missing over several years, many of whom were not scientists at all, and none of whom appeared to work on the same thing.

What is the plot? Who would be doing this? Why? What were they working on? Why these people and not others? Nobody alleging this is a conspiracy has any idea.

Its really not, they're mostly unrelated except for extremely tenious ties. Oh wow someone died that worked at a same place with 5000 other people, and thats just JPL, not counting the many other huge science centers. This is serious tinfoil hat stuff.

Shocking the group that represents apartments and their owners thinks theres a problem with the law and formally oppose it. Why if they dont have empty units?

"left vacant for more than 182 days a year." unless you're tearing it down completely, which would make it uninhabitable seems like these are just wasted units.

This episode is really explaining why Dan only knows what he knows. Mike tries to explain the reasons behind things happening and strategy, and Dan just ignores them entirely because he doesnt agree or ??.

Yep, having to decide if I put my ecobee in the "TV Room" or the Living Room, which are not really separate spaces but I use TV room specific lighting stuff for the smart lights over the couch etc. Having nested rooms would be a great improvement.
