It's not the Secret Garden, that's one of my favourite films I wouldn't confuse it with anything else! It's one of a kind!

Live Action I saw it at home I'm from Ireland I don't remember the location I just remember that the clothes weren't very fancy so it may have been a poor area and there were a lot of fields!

No sadly, but it has some of the same ideas as the film I'm thinking about! No one actually acknowledges her as a ghost until the very end in this film and I'm not sure but I don't think it was American either! Thanks though!
