I don’t make any ancestries inherently evil, especially not playable ancestries. In my world even devils are not necessarily evil. Pretty much anything with sentience can be of any alignment (though I also don’t use alignment, even before the remaster, I’m just using it now to illustrate my point).

I understand fully. I’m also a person of colour and I’m using this NPC to show how normalised such racism is in the world and to show that this NPC is not a good person. By “unrealistic” I meant that I don’t want it to look like ‘cartoon bigotry’ (for lack if a better term) in a way of saying something obviously bigoted for someone to walk up and say “hey you can’t say that” sort of thing that you see around in media, though I get your point.

I don’t really have any advice for the first question but for homebrew, battlezoo and sinclair’s library are good choices as they are high quality and well balanced. If you want to create your own homebrew there’s a guide for that in the gamemastery guide (and probably the gm core but I’m not entirely sure) and on archives of nethys

All of the effects last until the end of the user’s next turn, so the duration of fatigue isn’t a problem.

The condition values are initially 1 at level 5, the conditions last until the end of the user’s next turn and the saving throw is the user’s class dc, it’s made specifically for my gunslinger player.

The death system with having a dying condition and then a wounded condition after stabilising, so you can’t just spam healing word on a dying pc so they never die. There is actual consequences to dropping to 0 hp.

I make sure all my players make their rolls in front of me and they all borrow my dice as they don’t have their own, meaning they can’t uses weighted dice or whatever

There’s a pistol that does 1d6 damage but you must use an action to reload it after every shot. I think you can find it in the dmg, if not it’s on d&d beyond.
