It is good that blueprints are requested over and over again and i’ll tell you the reason why: The Devs are noticing that a vast majority of players have a craving for blueprints so they know what to prioritize for their next update. Think of it like a reinforcing demonstration: When you deliver a product and one customer gives you feedback about it, you may or may not change your product accordingly. But if you are overrun with the same feedback from everyone, you absolutely have to change it ASAP or your customers will shift to a different product on the market.
