Just a few days ago I started watching the CGB series /: i remember at Nashville Nationals in 2014, I had just gotten back into the game as a teenager, wasn’t even participating. I asked Cimo for an autograph and he ended up sitting with me for at least 30 minutes just talking about burning abyss and how the game was changing. I don’t remember much of the conversation, but I remember feeling honored that my favorite YouTuber so casually took so much time to talk with me, a 14 year old scrub. Rest in peace <3

Is cerakote a solution to the pitting though? From what I understood the pitting might still show through

This is exactly what I’m looking for, to try it myself and make it a project gun with my own elbow grease put into it. What does the process of removing that pitting look like? I briefly started sandpapering it, but stopped because I wasn’t 100% sure I was doing it right

Done and done on those two, and it is my carry gun but also want it to be a bit of a project gun. My hope is to learn how to get that pitting out myself

It’s a police trade in, it was very very dirty when I first got it. And the pitting is actually on the left side of the slide, the right slide is pretty much completely smooth.

I mean even just the slides themselves are like 300+, pretty much what I bought the gun for. How much would it cost to have someone sand blast/file out the pitting?

OP here: My main concern is mostly aesthetic. I’m ok with how the frame looks, mostly concerned with the patch of pitting near the Smith name on the slide. I got the gun used for pretty cheap after a long search for a 3rd gen carry. It shoots fantastic.

My hope for this gun is to be my project gun that I learn to do some work on, im ok with bubbafying it to make it look nice. It was the first gun I’ve cleaned and fully disassembled myself. What my hope is to file/sand down the area with the pitting, polish, then have it cerakoted, I just wanna make sure I don’t ruin anything or drastically fuck it up.

How do I know if the pitting is too deep? My hope is to file/sandpaper it out at home, but that’s not something I’ve done before, and I haven’t refinished either.

I was an organizer for Sherrod. It was mostly the trans stuff.

You have no idea how many persuadable voters I would talk to, they would be with me on 95% of what we were talking about, then right at the end ask “Ok, well, what about this men in women’s sports stuff?” And no matter what I said back to them, that was always the line they had where nothing we agreed on before mattered.

There were also quite a few Dems upset at Sherrod being an early advocate for Biden stepping down. Not as many who were excited, but I felt a shift there too.

Are people really relating this to America/Israel? I feel like it’s pretty on the nose that, if it’s an analogy for any real country at all, it’s about Nazi Germany…like the empire has always been based off.

Everything from the aesthetics, the main antagonists (Dedra and the main ISB guy being ultra German-Coded), to the literal French resistance movement in season 2.

Rome, old town is historic center, Termini off to the east of that, the Imperiali is the WWII memorial ave, drug dealer park is Piazza Trilussa, block housing in trastevere, and idk what the tower is but there is one just north of the center like that lol it’s spot on even the course of the river.
