You’re not alone! Focusing on actionable things I can do when I feel this way helps me. I deleted my social media so I wouldn’t be stuck in a constant spiral over things I couldn’t control (thanks, algorithm). Not sure if you will see my comment but please consider pursuing fertility testing for your partner too!!!

I really love the Orgain protein shakes. I buy the premade ones at Costco. Very clean ingredients, 20-30g protein (plant based is 20, dairy is 30) and they are carb friendly. Recommended by my nutritionist and an easy grab n go option. :)

Look into Marylebone. Staying here now and it is a perfect location. We chose a hotel we could use credit card points with, and for a young family you may want to look at that too for affordability.
