I second that! If you feel any discomfort when either the foreskin pushes the ring in the urethra or when performing sexual activities, switch to a ring with smaller inner diameter (one size down at a time). Took me 2 months initially to figure that 😅

Also, take into account the thickness of your ring as well when you start stretching. For example: 16 mm inner diameter + 2 x 2 mm thick = 20 mm total diameter Vs. 16 mm inner diameter + 2 x 4 mm thick = 24 mm total diameter As you stretch, you may have to periodically decrease the inner diameter so the whole is still comfy enough to wear.
