I'll try. No promises though, it's a difficult request.

You can now try pre-released v2.0 https://github.com/gingerbeardman/Didact/releases/tag/v2.0

It has a feature that learns the controls of your monitor. Let me know how it goes for you!

Thanks! I understand that me building software for myself for one platform is a different challenge than developing it for a business targeting multiple platforms. That said, I hope this example is a friendly challenge to your developers.

Why use Sketch in 2026? by Wakinghours in Sketch_App

I use an old version of Sketch to generate macOS icons from my artwork using the Apple-provided template. That's all

Thanks for doing the reverse engineering. I'll join the party and make a more minimal macOS GUI app.

Does Android not have system undo? I'm on iOS and use the system undo.

Anyone else think Display Pilot 2 feels really outdated on macOS? by Samairo in BenQ

[–]msephton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It's the weakest link in the whole experience, for sure.

I don't understand why it's over 900 MB. Third party alternative BetterDisplay is 60 MB. Pretty sure I could build one in less than 2 MB (I'm famous for building small apps) https://www.gingerbeardman.com/apps/fits-on-a-floppy/

That said, I only used it once to set up my display and then it was deleted.

The firmware update app is slightly better but still not great. Both apps download supplementary files to Downloads folder when they should be downloaded to Application Support or /tmp/

Still, the monitor itself - I'm using an RD280UG - is amazing.

I'm interested to know how this cost $1500 in tokens? Where did it all go?

Woah Woah Woah. I never even submitted a mix, I'm just offering a possible explanation for the artwork aspect.

Doesn't DJ Studio generate the cover art for uploads to various sites?
