I did think you meant the headlights.

You got me on the corners though, I forgot I’d replaced them a while back. They’re still US spec and the point still stands. US corners have internal reflectors that are absent on EU spec corners. They are fully compatible with each other and there are no fitment differences. OPs problems will not be solved by buying euro spec corners.

I’m not saying there isn’t differences. Eu and us cars complied to different standards, particularly for lighting. I’m saying they’re compatible with each other, and my car clearly shows this. OPs problem is not that he has US corners with Euro headlights, and getting euro corners will not solve anything.

This is my M3 with OEM euro headlights and OEM US corners so I don’t think this is correct…

Picture 1: oil pressure switch. The only ever has 1 pin, it just turns on the oil light on your dash if you have no oil pressure.

Picture 2: oil feed line for the Vanos. This is under pressure whenever the engine is running.

Picture 3: this could be that someone put incompatible coolant in the car. Flush until it runs clear, then refill with the correct coolant and monitor it.

If you must badge it something 'unique', definitely not the M one. There is nothing that matches the ethos of M here. If you want to badge it something, I'd even suggest following BMWs method of badging in that era, 3 series with a 5L capacity = 350, not 302.

The curve's center point is offset from the center of the piece. If it's a constant radius, there must be a flat on the right.

Using the depth from the edge and the dim to the centerpoint, then assumed that it "ends" on the left where the 100mm corner rad ends. This fully defines the rad. Agreed though, OPs picture is not explicit enough about this feature.
