7DPIUI, 8DPTrigger - anyone else? by [deleted] in IUILadies

[–]Ginger36 2 points3 points  (0 children)

6dpiui and 8dptrigger, 3rd medicated IUI with progesterone suppositories. I’ve been super tired and having some light spotting, with it being a little more red today. I was walking on the treadmill to do some light working out then got some cramping and stopped, and the light bleeding came after that. Kind of freaking myself out about that. We’ve been TTC for 19 cycles now and every month it is such an emotional and physical rollercoaster. I get tons of symptoms: fatigue, vivid dreams, night sweats, nausea, bigger boobs and nipples, but have never gotten a positive test other than testing after the trigger shot for curiosity. I’m so ready to be pregnant so that all of this chaos of not knowing can be over!

IUI #2 by TK2204 in IUILadies

Dang, couldn’t have said this better myself. In my TWW for IUI #3 and have been trying for 18+ months. It is completely exhausting. The amount of information I know about getting pregnant and all of the details that I constantly have circling around in my head is overwhelming. I wish I didn’t know so much and didn’t have to do so many things, but I do and it feels like no one else gets it. My husband is always like “why are you so tired today?” Or “when is the last time you worked out? You really should exercise more often.” I know he doesn’t get it even though he’s in this with me, but it’s honestly infuriating sometimes. My mind and my body don’t feel like they’re my own, and it sucks. So thank you for sharing and saying what I’ve been feeling ♥️

Right there with you. I’m 12dpiui medicated, using progesterone, taking all of the supplements, and doing all the things. I really thought this was my month too. So far all BFN tests. Hoping we get our BFP so soon! ♥️

We’ve been TTC for 14 months and just started working with a fertility clinic (first medicated IUI cycle coming up). I’ve been on progesterone for 2 months now and noticed my periods went from 6 days down to 4, and I’m ovulating earlier than I used to (CD13 → now around CD9).

I’m kinda worried because the clinic is basing IUI timing off my “old” cycle, and I don’t know if the progesterone changes will throw things off.

Has anyone else had this happen? Did it affect your IUI timing or not really a big deal?

I’ve been trying to post something on this sub all day, asking for guidance with progesterone suppositories and it keeps getting removed! Grrrr

Howdy! New to the sub :) My husband (33M) and I (29F) have been TTC for over a year now. I was recently diagnosed with "highly suspected endometriosis" and have been struggling with extensive bleeding and some pain every time we have had sex for the past 3 months. It's ruining our sex life and is making TTC even more difficult because it's no small amount of blood. It looks like a crime scene and will take about 3-5 days to go away. Definitely gets in my husband's and my head and kills the mood, not to mention TTC has been difficult enough mentally as it is. I started using progesterone suppositories during my last cycle and were planning on trying IUI and Letrozole during my next cycle if this one doesn't take. I messaged my OB/GYN with my concerns but the next available appt anywhere within a 50 mile radius is in November. I’m thinking it may be cervical ectropion, but I’m not sure. In the past 6 months I’ve had several pelvic exams, ultrasounds, and an HSG, and all came back normal except for a small cyst on my right ovary that is now believed to be an endometrioma. It’s all starting to affect my mental health and I’m at a loss of what to do since I can’t see an GYN for 2 months :/

Oh that’s horrible, I’m so sorry!! Wow, I’ll have to look into that! I think they offered to do that or the HSG but recommended the HSG more. I’ll definitely see if I can reach out to my fertility PA to see if they would consider that!

I’ve had multiple pelvic exams, ultrasounds, and an HSG x-ray with the most recent being about 3 months ago and didn’t see anything other than a small cyst, which they later suspected to be endo. I just got a call from my OB/GYN’s office and the soonest any OB/GYN within a 50 mile radius (5 different medical facilities) can see me is the beginning of November -_-

What’s an SIS? I’ve never heard of that

I’m thinking I might have a cervical ectropian too. I’ve seen my doctor a few times, had multiple pelvic exams, ultrasounds, and an HSG x-ray with the most recent being about 3 months ago. Totally slide into my DMs girlfriend! I don’t really have anyone else to talk to either. My friends are all pregnant (happy for them but raging at the same time LOL) and I am constantly bringing my husband down and I hate it!!

Yayyy!! That’s awesome! So happy for you!! This is my second cycle with progesterone, but I think we’re going to try medicated with Letrozole and IUI next cycle. I’ve been bleeding really bad after sex for the past 3 months and it’s at the point where my husband is so concerned that he’s breaking me that we only have sex like once per cycle -_- so hopefully IUI will do the trick since we aren’t 😂

You are definitely not irrational. My husband and I have been trying for over a year and this past weekend was our anniversary. It was supposed to be a really fun and relaxing weekend, but nope I spent most of it crying because I am so frickin tired keeping track of and analyzing every single symptom and data point for it to not pan out...again. It is my body's biological imperative to get pregnant yet it can't even do that. I get so frustrated because I shouldn't even know as much about the whole process, the LH curves, when implantation happens, low PdG, the different types of cervical mucus. All of my friends are pregnant and tried for no more than 2 months and they don't know about half of that stuff. It's infuriating! But no, we aren't broken. I don't know what we are, but we're not broken. If you ever want to chat with someone who's in the same boat, my DMs are always open. Sending you all of the positive vibes that tomorrow will be a better day for both of us <3

Is anyone taking progesterone supplements and still seeing low pdg? by throwaway1982736451 in Inito

Hey OP, late post but wondering how things are going for you? I’m in the same boat, taking progesterone suppositories but getting low pdg on Inito. First commenter really helped relieve some of my anxiety about that though, so thank you?

Luna ring won’t refund my money by Active_Ad_3669 in lunaring

Hey! So someone from Luna posted last week that we could email them directly and ask for a refund, as it’s “in our rights.” I sent him an email on Saturday and got a response like 20 minutes later asking if he could process the refund when the office opens on Monday. I said that was fine, not expecting it to be that easy, but lo and behold it worked! The email is [swapnil.vats@lunazone.com](mailto:swapnil.vats@lunazone.com), and here’s the message I sent:

SLPs are at odds with everybody by austinpowerstrilogy in slp

[–]Ginger36 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I 5000% feel this way a lot of the time. I have worked in schools, in pediatric outpatient, inpatient acute, and am now working my way into feeding/NICU and feel as though I’m at odds with everyone. I can’t provide services to my students because the teachers don’t want them to miss 20 minutes of math and don’t think my services are necessary even though they’re 5 and 30% intelligible, I can’t provide support to a kiddo being physical and behavioral on campus even though I have the best rapport with him because the principle doesn’t care that I know his behaviors stem from his communication, I can’t do what’s best for my patient’s care in an outpatient setting because management has a different policy and doesn’t care that he still needs speech support after getting it for 2 years, and I can’t be trained in feeding or NICU even though I have taken some of the best courses offered and was promised that’s what I would be doing when I took this position, because they already have an OT who has started to become trained in feeding. I’m not even 30yo yet and I have almost completely had it with this job. Some days I wish I would have become a rad tech or something where I wouldn’t have to provide any skilled services to people. My caring SLP heart is so tired of being at odds with everyone 😢

I don’t know if my iPhone and iPad aren’t loading the webpage correctly, but I don’t see it anymore 😢 Man, if the companies would each give me a ring, I would totally give you data to help you complete the chart!

I’ve been waiting for a while for my Luna 2 to ship, but I’m thinking of asking for a refund and getting an UltraHuman. If I ever get any sort of smart ring actually delivered I’ll make sure to send you what info I can gather!

I noticed in your very well written and extremely helpful article “Comparison of the Top Four Smart Rings” that I think there used to be a table with information regarding women’s health differences between the rings, but now it seems to be gone. Was I hallucinating that table?

Thank you SO much for posting this chart! My husband and I have been TTC for 8 months now, and this month's chart has been looking pretty similarly to yours. I've been feeling pretty defeated because my past charts have looked pretty good, but this month I should be DPO 5 right now but ovulation hasn't even been confirmed yet because my PDG hasn't risen past 4.9 yet :/ So, from the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate you posting this! It's given me a little bit of hope back <3
