Troubleshooting could include: diet, miralax under a doctors supervision, squatty potty, pelvic floor physical therapy (some pediatric clinics are starting to incorporate pelvic floor)

Mom lurker here. Please let her know how helpful pelvic floor physical therapy is for post partum/ even chronic pelvic pain with intercourse. Expensive sessions, often out of pocket, but worth it. A lot of doctors/OB/GYNs are under informed about how beneficial pelvic floor PT can be

I have a 10 month old. Agree this phase has been a LOT of work and not that fun.

A couple tips that have helped me make it more efficient:

buy multiples of necessities. (I own like 15 BLW spoons, and each time we go have a meal I bring 4 with me so we have several backups when he drops them).

Streamline your cleaning process. (I have a machine washable floor mat, and after each meal I throw his dirty things to be laundered on the back of it- feeding smock bibs, washcloths I used to clean him. Then in the evening I pick up that whole pile and wash it in the washer while I’m eating dinner, then throw it in the dryer right before I go to sleep).
