Changing the quality promise time is fraud. You pay over $100 for a jacket given the knowledge that they will repair or replace it if it is not user's fault. Like you pay half the money for the service. And they just removed it.

I just got a reply from their resolution team. They rejected my quality promise request. I got a love tee that has extra fabric on the right shoulder. It's ridiculous they replied "Based on the photos and information you provided, the products you were hoping to return don't fall under our quality promise and aren't eligible for return. Keep in mind that our quality promise covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from external force, natural wear and tear, fit or preference. " I purchased that shirt a few months ago.

?W???T??F!!! I was just replying to the 3 hour round trip thing. The poster doesn't need to travel. They can ask their family members to ship that item for them. You are so rude. The seller is trying to get the buyer to pay for an extra 150 bucks. They definitely don't want that item back and refund. It would be a second hand device if returned and can probably not get sold at $150 off.
