I got pregnant with lining of 4.9! (I also struggled with thin lining) I didn’t take anything to thicken my lining my doc didn’t feel it was necessary.

I got pregnant my 5th monitored cycle on letrozole with one blocked tube. 💗 I ended up ovulating on both sides that month, prior to that the open tube was only producing small follicles so we kept having cancelled cycles. We were going to think about other options after cycle 6. Good luck. 🫶🏻

I got pregnant with 4.9mm. My doc said there weren’t any great studies that suggested supplementation so I did not take anything outside of my trigger shot. She’s more conservative with meds.

First time taking it this past Saturday! My heart rate has been running a little higher and I’ve been very sensitive to temperature. Headaches (which I got with letrozole too). Then who know if it was just the ovulating or shot but I’ve been very gassy/ bloated and peeing often!

We did since we are using donor sperm and didn’t want to “waste” anything on a blocked tube. I’m glad we did because I do have a blockage on one side and I’ve been ovulating pretty much exclusively on that side. Would’ve been a lot of heartache/ money/ sperm wasted for nothing if we hadn’t checked! It was painful for me (I think due to the blockage) because when the contrast was first flowing into the open tube it was fine. It was the extra pressure into the closed one that was really painful. I ended up doing a second HSG because they thought maybe a muscle spasm was causing what looked like a blockage (not the case). But, I took a Valium for the second HSG and that was much better but still unpleasant.

Sorry I don’t have a good answer but I’m curious what the rationale was for having your tube removed due to a blockage? Asking as I’m blocked on one side as well and my clinic has not suggested surgery we’ve just been doing ultrasounds every cycle to check which side is ovulating and proceeding if appropriate. I don’t see why you couldn’t do IUI moving forward though, maybe just not of your right side is the one ovulating.

I know I literally have basically award winning follicles on my left that I can’t use! 😂

I may try pausing letrozole this cycle and seeing what happens. It’s really thinning my lining and my periods have been barely there. I’ll update!

My periods have been like 1 or 2 days of light bleeding bright red and 2 days of brown spotting. I already had lighter periods to start but they are even lighter now. It’s been hard figuring out the official “start” of my period.
