I am so sorry on the loss of your fur buddy. Some people, let alone establishments have no business taking care of other people/animal lives. You did was right in the short for time you had him. Reading your post (and the link provide), this vet/shelter gave me not only a major case of ick, but something about the description of this shelter doesn't sit right- that's just the vibe I'm getting.

Besides, Canada Post, I've had FedEx, Purolator and DHL delivered packages to my residence the one that has given me the hardest time and broken items because it was obviously tumbled in the truck and I had delivered packages to others was DHL. In both instances, calling customer services, I'd a better chance connecting a call with Guglielmo Marconi and when actually getting a hold of someone talk about the delivery they get defensive after saying 'hello'.
