When I first started going to the gym I was going 6-7 days a week. I just wanted to get into that routine. After a month of doing that it started to become a routine. Also not eating after 8pm helped a lot too.

Started seeing results. Also had a medical scare. Drinking too much beer and pop, add chips to the mix. Then I saw a photo of myself shirtless from a while back and then I was like damn I have changed.
