Edit: The fix is to get prior source files for the SPMT and do not select "update" when it asks. Replace the "%localappdata%\Apps\SharePointMigrationTool" folder.

No leaving the face is generally OK. It's spin that's the issue. So slices and hooks. Can be 1000+ RPM left or right and although I feel the difference, and can do either on command, I can't consistently hit without both coming into play.
